  I'm giving this branch a one-star review, not because the teller wasn't fantastic, but the branch manager, when asked why there was a $10 fee for a cashier's check, either could not, or chose not to explain the reason. Instead, he simply said it could not be waived. This tells me that your branch managers are either not empowered enough to wave a $10 fee, or that their sense of customer service is so skewed that an explanation of a simple fee is not worth their time. I am not a "big deal" customer, just an average one, but I think it's reasonable to expect a BRANCH MANAGER to take the time while he's visibly standing around to explain a simple fee.

  THIS BRANCH WOULD NOT ALLOW AN EMPLOYEE OF MY COMPANY TO DEPOSIT CASH INTO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT (YES WITH A COMPANY DEPOSIT SLIP) THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BANKED WITH BOFA FOR 20+ YEARS BUT THIS BRANCH SUCKS I HAVE HAD EMPLOYEES MAKE DEPOSITS FOR OVER 7 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY. I HAVE 3 ACCOUNTS WITH THEM CURRENTLY BUSINESS, PERSONAL AND SAVINGS HOWEVER I WILL BE SEARCHING FOR A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BANK WITH PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. I'M SURE THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE OUR CASH DEPOSIT.

  Best experience at a bank ever. The Branch Manager here is extremely helpful and assisted me in a very difficult financial situation. All of the tellers and bankers I have dealt with have been super helpful and make banking easy. I recommend this bank over anyone else!
